  The other girl making sandwiches with Lizzie on Sat 5/23 is now the reason we will not be back. We waited patiently for our online order without bothering them about when it would be ready while they were busy (we work in food service, we get it) and when she finally acknowledged us, instead of asking us the name on our order, she just said whatever order we were waiting for would be out in a bit, and her tone came off extremely condescending. When she handed us our food, she stared at us, said, “have a good one”, again with an unwelcoming tone, as though she had an issue with us somehow. We tipped the staff very well on the app and don’t understand the reason for the rudeness. If she doesn’t realize how her tone comes off, she needs to fix it asap. If she has an off day or it’s busy, it can’t be taken out on the customer.

  Employees were hiding in the back screwing around it's 11am as I'm writing this they are not busy yes that's fine I get it but there is no reason that every single employee is hiding in the back not doing their job with the food containers open and expecting customers to stand around until they feel like it's time they do their job then as I was leaving they were very condescending the other store in town is better the service is better they actually close their containers and they aren't lazy rude employees

  I’ve been in the store before and it was fantastic, I let my sister have free range over my debit card and she just ordered a sandwich from them with as many olive as they can legally give her. She’s so happy they gave her plenty of olives that crew is great. She’s currently dancing in my kitchen with her container of olives. The gal who made it named Paige is awesome!
