  Would not recommend coming here at all. Came in to print some stickers for a product our small family business sells. The hours online do not match the store hours so had to come back a different day. Came the next day right when it opened and while it should have taken 5 minutes, I was told to come back as it would be done by the end of the day. Called an hour before they closed to find out that they hadn’t done it yet. Then 20 minutes before they closed, they called to say they couldn’t figure it out and needed my help to print correctly meaning they wasted my stickers and delayed my product getting sold again. So incredibly frustrated and will take all my business elsewhere.

  HORRIBLE!!!! didnt even knock or ring my door bell upon delivery. whats with a 12 hour waiting window??? it changed to 12:30-2:30 and then came right after 12, and didnt notify me. I went into the store where they refused to speak to me and told me to call the number on their business card that was for their store, yet the person who I called was nowhere near moscow, and that phone number is for every fedex store in idaho. she told me she couldnt really do anything to help me, and to call verizon. i went into the verizon store here in moscow where they told me i couldnt do anything. called fed ex to see if i could pickup in lewiston, where shantay told me SOL and didnt care that her team did a poor job. Why cant i talk to somebody in store? my phone shouldnt be getting passed around. I should be able to see what facility has my package. For a company that was founded in 1973, in a country where there is a plethora of people who can build websites, work in customer service, and specialize in handling postal, why is their website, their tracking, and their customer service so horrible. i get better service from an uber eats driver than i do trying to get a package.

  Have always had great service here the staff are friendly and helpful. I am very particular about formating and print quality anytime I wasn't completely satisfied with the work they would redo it for me. Best place to print large scale posters and booklets in Moscow, and way better prices than Staples! I have gone in there many times with a tight deadline they have always come through.

  FedEx - five stars This is a great little FedEx. First off I am impressed with how professional and helpful the employees are. If you ask them to do something they will do it right the first time without problems. They are very good at professional printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and just about everything to do with a printer. This store is especially great for businesses dealing with sensitive documentation.
