  Placed an order on the app, showed up to get it when the time said it would be ready and they hadn’t even started the order. Only one other customer was in the store. The amount of steak on the sandwich is an absolute joke. I asked for 3 veggies to be added and literally only got 3 singular pieces of each veggie on each half of the sandwich.

  Actually the longest wait i’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’m always late coming back from lunch when I come here because the employees are taking their sweet time on every order. The service is insanely slow and the atmosphere is not very welcoming. The line takes 20 minutes to even move at all. customers are almost lined up out the door waiting for their food. Wanted to dine in but don’t even have time for takeout.

  Went in yesterday and was told they aren’t making anymore orders, this was 1 hour and 30 minutes before they closed, definitely needs to have updated time or new employees

  Has happened twice 7pm the door is locked with no sign as to why when the light is showing open. (Yes it is during open hours) Should be open to service when the customers are coming in during open hours. 🙄 or minimum place a sign as to why? Or even come to the door to explain when you make eye contact with the customers 🙄

  It’s unfortunate that the Middleton Subway has been getting horrible reviews recently, especially since this small town has had Subway for years, and it should know the community it serves. Middleton Subway’s workers are not serving customers properly. To have the person actively making the sandwich AND spread workplace/personal drama to customers is inappropriate and unprofessional. To also make poor comments regarding military and your boss with customers is also uncomfortable and disrespectful. I would reflect and observe this locations team to better improve your ratings… this happened during the early afternoon on Tuesday May 19th.
