    Went in yesterday and was told they aren’t making anymore orders, this was 1 hour and 30 minutes before they closed, definitely needs to have updated time or new employees

    Has happened twice 7pm the door is locked with no sign as to why when the light is showing open. (Yes it is during open hours) Should be open to service when the customers are coming in during open hours. 🙄 or minimum place a sign as to why? Or even come to the door to explain when you make eye contact with the customers 🙄

    It’s unfortunate that the Middleton Subway has been getting horrible reviews recently, especially since this small town has had Subway for years, and it should know the community it serves. Middleton Subway’s workers are not serving customers properly. To have the person actively making the sandwich AND spread workplace/personal drama to customers is inappropriate and unprofessional. To also make poor comments regarding military and your boss with customers is also uncomfortable and disrespectful. I would reflect and observe this locations team to better improve your ratings… this happened during the early afternoon on Tuesday May 19th.

    Ordered online. Asked for an All American CLUB. Got a Turkey sandwich instead. I called and asked why the bacon and ham were not on my sandwich and the kid said, "Oh... because we don't have it". I asked him why he didn't call to tell me so I could change my order or tell me when I came in since my order was the only one there and no other customer was in the store, he said, "I guess I could have. Sorry". He never offered to change the sandwich nor offer any money back. Poor customer service. Poor sandwich making. This is not first time they have messed up my order but I thought I'd try again to help a local business. Never again. Be careful with your sandwiches ordered online. They don't give a damn about their customers.

    Ordered online, barely any toppings on both subs, my club didn’t have any bacon or ham on it disappointing.
