  I had the best experience in the store this morning. I had to return a package. They lady that was helping me was so nice and kind and very funny. She told me that it was her 12th day in a row working and it was her Friday. Working 12 days in a row, I personally would have not been so funny and kind. She deserves a raise in my opinion. It's people like that, that makes a store run smoothly. I rate this store and the lady 10 out of 10. I wish I could remember her name, on the receipt it's clerk #29523. She sure made my day! Thanks UPS!

  I prefer going to the store even when other UPS stores are more conveniently located. Molly runs a tight ship and everyone is always friendly and very helpful.

  Bella is incredible! I went to the UPS on the corner of Meridian and Fairview Road and had amazing service! 10 out of 10 recommend going to that location!

  I came this morning right at 9am today right they opened to drop off my packages. Every time I came there, the lady was mild forty or at 50 (short). She had a SUPER bad attitude every time I came; she talked SUPER rude, talking nicer than if you were at work.

  I wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from Molly. She is an exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly member of your UPS team. I was having issues with my Amazon return barcode and thought I would have to go home, reprint it, and come back later. Molly quickly found a solution and assured me she would figure it out before I left. She knew exactly what to do and resolved the issue without any delay. Her professionalism, expertise, and commitment to helping customers made what could have been a frustrating experience quick and easy. Molly went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate her excellent customer service. She is a great asset to your team.
