  Clerk 35291 is rude. I don’t understand why they need an ID and so much information to shop now. Never used to be like that. So invasive, a pain, and expensive. This store is way worse than the 10 mile one. Go there instead if you have to.

  This UPS location is THE worst! The old grey hair lady was super rude! She literally came running out to the parking lot to confront me after I told her how rude she was. She has also given my elderly mother so much grief anytime she tries to do returns here. She needs to work in a factory! She is not cut out for this customer facing job! Overland has THE best UPS customer service around!!!

  The ladies that run the store, are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They go out of their way to make my little guy feel special, too! Highly recommended!
