  I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this UPS location, both over the phone and in person. Each time I’ve spoken with the woman who I believe is the manager, she has been knowledgeable, but unfortunately her customer service has been consistently poor. Her tone comes across as rude, dismissive, and irritated, especially when I ask questions or need clarification. I’m not expecting anyone to go above and beyond, but as a customer, I should be able to ask reasonable questions without feeling like I’m bothering or inconveniencing the person helping me. It’s especially frustrating because she clearly knows what she’s doing and is capable of answering my questions—the issue is simply the way customers are spoken to and treated. After experiencing the same attitude on multiple occasions, both over the phone and in person, I felt it was worth leaving a review. Basic courtesy and professionalism would make a huge difference at this location.

  I live only about two miles from this store and had no idea it was here until I needed to make some Amazon returns. I’m so glad they opened in this area! Zetta helped me with my returns, and she was absolutely phenomenal. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and made the entire process quick and easy. The store was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Overall, it was a great experience. I’m so happy they’re here, and I’ll definitely be visiting more often!
