  I appreciate the new location on Ten Mile!! It’s quiet and typically not too busy. Alisha is the one that I worked with there and she was so helpful and friendly!

  I had such an awful experience at this location and in the end I lost valuables that I cannot replace. I had 3 boxes to ship the largest requiring UPS largest heavy duty box and the blonde female with the pink highlights seemed to have no idea where to find the box. When she produced the box and loaded it she instructed me to help her move the 75lb box up from the ground onto a counter to the scale. I had to tell her no stearnly as I am the customer not the employee. Low and behold she did very little to secure my heaviest box but consistently upsold unnecessary packaging materials, when all she had to do was tape the inner container then seal the box down to that inner container making it a snug seal. Well, my box arrived in poor condition and open, the contents rambled through and my clutch with my bracelets, custom nails, and brooches missing. The heavy duty box provided was very thin and I was charged $20 just for it to fall apart with my heavy items inside. I also paid for additional handling charges and still the box fell apart and it was not reinforced by UPS through the shipping process. I shipped the same items with FEDEX and everything arrived intact and protected and no stress throughout the process. I will NEVER ship with UPS again after this awful experience. Customer service at this location (a hispanic female that wears glasses) was very aggressive and condecending when I asked about additional charges, her tone was more of protecting her employees actions rather than understanding the confusion of the situation and then she proceeded to justify the blonde female instructing me to lift my own package (75lbs) up 4 feet onto a scale as the employee was working alone. Now to add more stress I will need to declare my items lost and I will never get to enjoy them because the incompetences of the employees at this location and UPS shipping operations. Just Horrific....AVOID.

  We are new to the neighborhood and when we walked in we were cheerfully greeted by Alisha, the Store Manager! She quickly and professionally fulfilled our needs and we highly recommend this UPS Store! We will definitely be back 😊
