  Ordered a Meatball Sub. Meatballs were the botttom of the pot, old, overcooked/blackened, cold, AND there was no marinara sauce left in the pot. Bread was not fresh. Sandwich was cold, DRY/no marinara sauce, poor quality. I emailed Corp HQ. I hope HQ responds and issues me a full refund for the disgusting Sandwich. It is sad that the young man had no pride in his work than to offer that sandwich to a customer. Also, I highly doubt anyone at Corp HQ would have eaten that thing. I THREW away the disgusting thing.

  This place is filthy inside. Trash all over the floor and nobody else in the restaurant. Bathroom has ring inside the bowl and appears it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Floor has debris everywhere despite 2 males and a female working there. Sandwich was fine but the store was very dirty. Owner should be aware of this situation. Won’t be back.

  I've never met a person who hated their job more than the younger man working this morning on may 9tb, he makes me want to shrink and cry he was extremely rude

  Every time I have ordered from this location, the employees are either incapable of following simple requests, or they’re just unwilling. Either way, choose a different location.
