  I recently visited your office and had a great interaction with Evelyn Capcha. While checking on an a different issue, she reported to me that our home owners insurance on a house we had recently sold, was still active. I had thought that it would have been canceled by the title company during closing. Evelyn initiated the request to cancel and now I’m going to get a nice refund. Thanks Evelyn!! Great job. Dean

  If you want support from a company when an incident actually happens keep it pushing. This company has always done the least to assist acting like they aren't getting adequately paid to do their job. They will leave you to figure things out on your own.
