  I took my package and the very rude manager told me that I could not receive it, I had all the labels and guide in order but did not want to receive it, I had to wait more days until FedEx transport passed to my home. Do not use this parcel or at least this branch, the staff is not good for customer service!

  Edit: update 7/16 I had two more packages to pick up today. I met a wonderful lady named kimmie. She got my packages no problem and gave me her contact information if I needed anything in the future super impressed thank you kimmie. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I get a lot of packages sent in through fedex and have been in weekly with how many packages I get sent and have issues being home when they require a signature. I live across town and its a 30 min drive one way. Today at 910am I show up to pickup my package and a older woman came out named Kim. I told her I had a package here for pickup that was on a vacation hold and she proceeded to tell me ill have to come back later because she is sorting right now. Ive picked up packages this way the last 3 weeks and its never was a issue to go look for a package for a service that I paid for. I told her I would wait while she looked but she was incredibly rude and nasty! Another employee came out who has helped me before and she went back and got my package and I was out the door. Kims behavior is unacceptable and I hope management teaches her to act more like her co workers and not be lazy and shove customers off because she doesnt want to look for a package.

  If I wouldn’t have slammed on my brakes, causing my kid to hit his head on the seat. One of your drivers would have killed us today. Extremely unacceptable considering he looked right at me before trying to cut into my lane. If anybody worth anything is reading this, please contact me. I’ve tried getting a hold of you guys. I have his plate number. I don’t want his job or anything, just talk to him.

  Package was supposed to arrive today (Friday) and all it said was out for delivery (with no estimated delivery window or time). Then it updated that they had missed me and apparently a signature was required even though it didn't say that (I was out on errands because I didn't know it needed a signature). Now it says they won't try again till Monday and that I'm not allowed to go pick it up at a FedEx facility unless I contact the shipper and get them to contact FedEx and tell them I can pick it up. I needed the package today.
