  I went to pick up my order and there was a sign posted "Back in 15 minutes" with no notation as to when that 15 minutes started. I waited 20 minutes and finally just left. I will never use this location again.

  Consistently friendly and professional at the same time. It is so hard to find service like they provide at the Capitol Fedex Office in downtown Boise. The. Parking lot is a bit small but the team at Capitol keeps the service moving fast enough that the parking time time is pretty quick. Love this team. I am a Notary Loan closer. I have multiple sets of documents to ship each day at different times of the day. So when I say they're consistent. I have the data to back it up. 😁

  This is a good crew. Very helpful, time sensitive and competent.. I have used this location a few times now. This last time I was picking up a large package that they were holding for me, Patrick was so kind. He carted it all the way out to my car.

  The team at this location was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions about shipping my packages would definitely recommend this location not just for convenience of its location but for its staff as well Edit: Have gone to this locations several times now and each time I'm am not disappointed by the service that the staff provides, they are extremely knowledgeable and fast for thier service
