  Advertise that they are open till 6, apparently that’s not the case. Got there with minutes to spare and they shut their doors. I could see them through the window and the two workers, one said she was the manager. I told her it’s not even 6 yet, but she persisted to tell me they’re closed. You should fix your hours online to reflect when you shut the door.

  I stopped in this past Saturday, and although the store was very busy, a young man by the name of Logan went completely out of his way to help me. I had two tables that needed to be packed and shipped from Lewiston to the East Coast, and I was looking for assistance with packing, shipping, and pricing. Logan came out to my car, measured everything carefully, went back inside, and prepared an estimate, which I felt was very fair. What impressed me most was his professionalism and willingness to help. He asked if I would be comfortable leaving the tables there without paying anything up front, took down all the shipping information, and assured me that he would personally make sure everything was packed safely and shipped out — even if he had to come in on Sunday to do it. Sure enough, he called me on Sunday to let me know the final price and confirmed that everything had been securely packed and would be shipped out Monday. I trusted Logan with two valuable tables, and he absolutely earned that trust. I have nothing but good things to say about the way he handled the entire process. Excellent customer service, professionalism, and follow-through.

  Everyone at the lewiston bryden ups store is so friendly and nice and it's always a joy to go in there. They are all very knowledgeable and kind.
