  The staff is god awful and the rooms are subpar at best. Good luck having any issue or inconvenience here because they will do absolutely nothing about it and turn their nose up when you ask. I’d expect snobbish behavior at the other big luxury hotels here but these staff seem to be too big for their britches. Just spend the extra couple hundred at the limelight across the street. At least they’ll help bring your bags up.

  We were a little worried based on a string of not so good reviews. Our worries quickly eliminated in about 3 seconds at check-in when we met about the nicest front desk person in the world. Our room was perfectly clean and spacious. I usually stay at Marriott properties and Marriott would be proud to have this property under their flag. We are already planning to return later this year. Great property and great value.

  We stayed at the Best Western Plus Kentwood Lodge and was truly impressed with what the hotel had to offer, Gabi at the front desk went above and beyond treating us so well and helping us book our next night stay at a BW, the room was inviting and loved the style ,we definitely will stay again if ever back that way.
