  Went into the restaurant today in a great mood my husband tried to jock with the general manager Jenn and she had no response or even made eye contact with us!! As we proceeded to order I asked for heavy pickles she put 3 on so I repeated myself and she added 3 more,then I moved on to the next witch was heavy olive and received the same 3 olives and again I repeated myself at this point she was getting supper irritated and in her bad mood finished helping my husband. My husband said, the sandwich wasn’t even good today how can you mess up a sandwich!!! Bad attitude will mess anything up!!

  Jenn “general manager” is very rude and would not let us customize our meal? If we do don’t have any something on our sandwich we should be able to not have it. I asked her not to be rude and she said I am informing you. If you hate your job and are not able to have good customer service then do not work in customer service. Horrible experience. Don’t stop here if you don’t have to.

  It says it closes at 9 PM; I arrived at 8:30, and service was already over.

  If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I asked for my sauce to be put on my sandwich AFTER the vegetables rather than on the bread. And the “manager” got incredibly irate and kicked my boyfriend and I out of the store and refused service because she said putting the sauce on the way I requested was stictly prohibited against store policy
