  worst customer service ever , lady was very unkind and rude. Went in there too look for options for a new phone and walked right out I don’t even know why this one is open ?

  Worst service ever! Don't even waste your time at this location! The girl is rude and unhelpful. Won't even sell a sim card to us. She doesn't even have to activate since we are working with customer service via phone. Couldn't even get that according to her without opening a new account and id etc etc. Go to twin! Or walmart for the win today.
