  Hmmm… why do they get confused when I say spread it down one side? You think I only want condiment on the right side of the sandwich? But worse than that why are the tomatoes so glassy? You’ll need fresh tomatoes! I think you ship them in.

  Was at subway tonight, 5/9/26 at approximately 8 pm, to order 1 sandwich. No other customers were at this store, West Broadway location. Could literally see the two girls through the drive through window just chatting and taking their time to make the sandwich. They took so long that I had to go into the store so my toddler could use the bathroom.

  1 star because, just like the all the other subway franchise owners, this one is full of greed. Its nearly impossible to order to the store with the app because it will just say this location isnt accepting orders. Want to use a coupon code or coupon you got in the mail? Nope, greedy owner doesnt accept those either. Liked the subway club promo for buy 3 subs get the 4th free? Franchise owners got it removed after just 6 months. The owner will learn that mid quality subs arent worth $12-$20 and people continue to try support subway because they offer coupons making the subs worth the cost. Stick to Jersey Mikes, Firehouse, or Jimmy John's.
