  My husband and I went there at noon on June 14th. We were traveling and looking for a good meal and a girl (I think her name was Kaylie) was very sweet and made us some incredible sandwiches! Some of the best we have ever had. So grateful she was so detailed!

  I drove my truck 1 hour more at night just for this subway location, because it shows 24 hours. I found my parking and went inside , but they said it’s close . Why u guys showing 24 hours if u can’t do this . I slept without eating at that night .

  This location is one of the few places in Idaho Falls where you can find a vegetarian patty, which is the main reason we keep coming back. It’s great to have that option, especially since it’s not commonly available at other locations. That said, the service can be inconsistent. Sometimes the staff are quite slow, and there have been occasions when no one was at the counter, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a convenient spot for veggie options, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service. I would rate it 3/5.

  As many of the other comments have pointed out, the service is horrible at this Subway. It's almost comical how much the employees just don't care about what they are doing and don't care about you. I would look past that, except if they don't care about customer service, they probably don't care about safe food handling practices either. Can't imagine what goes on in that kitchen.

  Was gonna hop on here and leave a review for bad customer service, and not to mention the attitude of the female I had make my sandwich today. But I see it is quite a pattern at this subways after reading the reviews already left. This lady even chucked the mayo bottle behind her and did it so hard it flew behind the stoves , I couldn't even believe it! Not to mention the attitude! Absolutely awful.
