  I work for a corporation that receives packages from FedEx and we've had repeated problems with them not following the delivery notes. Even had a driver tell us they were told to ignore the delivery instructions and not wait for us to inspect damages for the packages being dropped off. Shoutout to Gabby the driver cause she always stays to wait for us to check the delivery (max a 2 minute wait). I find it very disappointing that the manager has instructed the drivers to ignore delivery instructions that are contracted and have their drivers sprint out of our store before us inspecting the delivery. I hope corporate can resolve these issues before someone gets fired.

  Zero stars. This package was shipped weeks ago. They lost my package. It was a costume we needed for a video shoot happening tomorrow for work. We’ve contacted them repeatedly. They can’t find the package and don’t even know where it is and nobody seems to care. The service center team and the tracking kept telling us “it’s being delivered today.” It still has not been delivered. The local FedEx office says it has never reached them and it’s lost in Memphis. I’m so tired of hearing “I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do” and blaming someone else. It felt nobody would take responsibility or ownership to fix the problem. Wouldn’t let us talk to a manager. One FedEx employee just said it was lost in Memphis and they didn’t have a phone number to call anyone in Memphis. We now have to do video shoot without the costume we purchased for our star. So disappointed in their lack of caring and professionalism. I expected so much more from the FedEx brand. This experience destroyed nearly all the goodwill FedEx had built. If you need something for a critical deadline find a different shipper that will care enough to fix a problem.
