It's the branch closest to me, and I always want to go there to pay my bill after work, even though they're already closed 20 minutes before closing time. When they saw I arrived they closed the door on me. I don't think it's right that they close before closing time.

Alex and call sister made buying a new phone super easy. Getting my phone service through Cricket I always have service in basements where Verizon and other phone companies don't.

To Cricket Wireless/ Idaho Falls, Thank you very much for the excellent service! I have been a customer for many years. Chris Obay is a super high-quality manager!!! His expertise, knowledge, and skills are most useful. He answers all questions with great patience and expertise. Brick and mortar operations are definitely key parts to succeed in the marketplace. I highly recommend this store! Sincerely yours, A grateful customer
