Completely screwed my mom over when getting a new phone. They didn’t help her set up at all
I went in and told them I needed a new phone for an existing line. She then tried to convince me to get a new # and new line instead, im assuming for commission. She then put a $25 screen protector (I walked away to look at accessories) i did not ask for, then asked if I wanted my $0.63 in change back after I paid. Why wouldn't I want money!?
Extremely unprofessional.
