  Alex and call sister made buying a new phone super easy. Getting my phone service through Cricket I always have service in basements where Verizon and other phone companies don't.

  Completely screwed my mom over when getting a new phone. They didn’t help her set up at all

  I was able to add a phone to my friends account without her being present. The phone broke in 7 days. I was given a warranty reference and instructed to return the phone via ups. A new phone would then be sent to her address listed on the account. Meanwhile I was able to add a replacement phone to my friends account. When I got to ups they would not accept the broken phone because I’m not the name on the account. I’m saving 10$. Never again will I use cricket.
