  Stood in the empty lobby for 10 minutes while online orders were made, another employee wiping down tables. Very flat “we’ll be there in a second….” 5 minutes later still standing watching them prepare online order. The elderly employee seemed not too happy to be there. Again got a “we’ll be right with you” proceeded to throw a basket into the back. Went back to wiping everything down. Stood waiting a little longer, just to have the employee who was cleaning tables come up and start a second online order. We stood standing there the entire time. There was not a single other customer there. Normally companies help the in person customers before starting the online orders. Or maybe some friendlier customer service would go a long way.

  I had a very disappointing experience today. The line was extremely long, and the two employees working appeared frustrated and were not working together to keep things moving. What was most concerning was that, in front of everyone in the store, including a child, one of the employees (the shorter woman) made an obscene gesture by flipping off the other employee. It was extremely unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be returning.

  Current employees that are on shift right now, (Team Lead being one of them) do not listen and come off as if they know what i want, this pissed me off. I asked for them to put it in a specific order and they completely disregarded it. The team lead also gave my wife an attitude and annoyed her too. My wife worked food service and was disapointed in the enviornment and service. As a whole it felt extremely hostile and did not feel right at all. Very poor customer service, I will not be returning to this location.

  Went in here after I had ordered a sandwich online. I waited 25 minutes to go and when I get there the sandwich isn’t made and there isn’t anyone inside, no line, nothing. Lady angrily tells me she hasn’t gotten to it yet. So that was annoying, then I finally get my sandwich, and it’s made completely wrong. I ordered the most basic sandwich ever, this was blatantly made wrong on purpose all because the lady didn’t like me or was having a bad day. Also I know it was made blatantly wrong too cuz I asked for light sauce and whole sandwich was drowning in sauce. Not to mention the sandwich order just being wrong. Missing the correct meats, and veggies. It’s a shame too because the other lady who doesn’t have short hair is super nice but the short haired lady is beyond rude. I just wanted a sandwich after finally getting out of the hospital and it turns into a huge ordeal and I don’t even get the sandwich I ordered lol. Won’t be coming back here and I was a twice a week customer. Beyond frustrated and disappointed.

  10/10. GREAT atmosphere, lovely customer service. couldn’t do better!
