  Customer service at The UPS Store in Eagle Albertsons shopping center I have been coming here for over 20 years they are outstanding locally owned and operated and always courteous I appreciate them being well staffed and kind to their customers

  This store took on new ownership around 2024 and my guess is that the majority of the positive reviews are from when Dan owned this place. Please understand, the new GM has ruined this place. She seems to enjoy and gravitate towards client conflict, argumentative, unprofessional, and overall nasty. Not to say anything about the day-to-day staff, but since she's often working behind the counter, her toxic ways permeate the location. It's absolutely worth the Eagle road traffic to venture into Meridian or Boise locations in order to avoid her when it comes to using critical business services.

  317775 employee number was fantastic. Helping multiple people at a time. Only person working on a Sunday. August 16th on eagle rd in Eagle. We are grateful.

  Nightmare. Complete nightmare. Two tables over 1k each delivered completely damaged and the driver was the rudest person ever. Treated me like I was stupid. I refused the first package and told him to wait so I can check the next he made some noise under his nose and left speeding off before I could check the 250 lb package that he left at my porch completely broken. The drivers of ups have gotten so lazy and rude because they do not get in any trouble for wasting people money time and treating others like they are not the only reason you have a job. Do you realize if people didn’t have packages you would not have this job !? Yet you treat us as an inconvenience!
