Today at 12, I door dashed a sandwich to my work. I was shocked to find it was missing all the vegetables. No biggie. Call the restaurant to have it fixed. I was absolutely astonished when the girl behind the phone says “well.. I actually watched her put veggies on it.”said employees name is Jordan. So out right called me a liar on the phone. Which I was shocked and immediately thrown off by. I said “I’ll bring the sandwich and you can see it has no vegetables.” I had to then take time off of my work to now go fix my sandwich. Once I got there a young brunette girl behind the counter was to fix my sandwiches. As I state who I am, she immediately in a defense said “I checked the receipts, you didn’t order vegetables.” I door dash subway so much that all I have to do is click reorder and I’ve never had an issue. I then give her my sandwiches and say no, I specifically ordered veggies. She then literally begins to argue with me on what was on the receipt. If there was a technological glitch that had removed my veggies.. no big deal. Just move on, remake the sandwich and we’d all be on our way. Instead she argues and then basically calls me a liar. That’s when it clicked that miss jordan was the one that told me specifically watched her coworker put veggies on my sandwich. So which was it? Did you see her put veggies on there? Or was there no veggies on the receipt.
I have worked in the service entry at a young age and I would have never spoken to a customer in this manner. You apologize for the inconvenience and you remake the sandwich and that’s it. You don’t berate a customer and accuse them of lying. Poor professionalism and honestly very bratty behavior. Will never come to that subway again. Do better.

This subway is a bit out of my way, but it has rekindled my trust in the franchise, at least at this location. The people there had been very friendly, it was absolutely spotless, and the most important bit they had meatballs!
I can tell pride is taken at this location, and myself personally would take the extra time to drive across town just for this location.

I had to drive back to the store and have all 4 sandwiches remade.. they literally put 5 pieces of lettuce one tomatoe 1 spinach leaf 2 banana peppers no mayo and 2 onion pieces on each sandwich.. when I went back down there the manager mj said that's the normal amount and I said no I come to this subway frequently and have never been done dirty like this and he proceeded to say ma'am you did get two of these for free.. and I said so bc uber offered a promo you're going to give me the most chensy sandwiches.. mind you i still payed 30 for 2 foot longs.. I also know from former friends working at subway what the normal about is!!

Very fast and friendly. Very honest and organic greeting. I will be coming back just because of the employee. Food was also very good.
