  Tried calling this location on multiple occasions to check if their toaster oven ever got fixed, I guess either their phone doesn't work or the staff there is constantly too busy to pick up. I am just gonna stick to another subway location.

  I watched as the employee behind the counter repeatedly touched her phone and face, then proceeded to continue making our sandwiches with the same gloves on. This franchise needs to train their employees about cleanliness. Contacted their support, and had no resolution.

  Danny rocks!!! He was a favorite at Hess now he's awesome at Prairie!!!! That guy deserves a raise! The best customer service and friendly.
