  Went to this location with a recycled box and the manager refused to send my package and was not nice about it at all. Sarah’s Customer service skills are lacking. I have shipped through the United States Postal Service with no issues. My seller name on eBay is The Recycler and I’m wondering why a big company like FedEx wouldn’t want to recycle?

  Huge shout out to Sarah for being able to find me the tracking number when I lost my receipt! She was incredibly helpful when corporate FedEx was not!

  I had to return a package via Fed Ex. I was extremely pleased they were open on Saturday but the best part was Michael who was working at the Chubbuck, Idaho location on 7/25/23. He is an outstanding employee. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. After talking with him, I chose to take the time to give this local office and employee a 5 star!!!
