  Have a problem with my insurance. Needed them to correct it. Not only did they say they would do their best to correct it, they would call me back and let me know what's going on. Not only did they not call me back. My insurance is still jeopardized. Now they're saying I have to cancel my whole entire policy and lose all the credits that I have been given. because they don't want to do their job.. if they say they're going to do something, they're my insurance agent. I should count on them. Not only did they lie to me about contacting me back but they still have yet to try and fix it.. without costing me a lot of money that they've already taken. So that you're in great hands with Allstate. I think so far is bull crap

  Bad! I’m so irritated with my insurance company Allstate”you’re in good hands” no you are not. My husband was t boned and then two weeks later my son was rear ended and now I’m being told that they are not going to pay for my son because he is not on my insurance as much money as I pay every month which is ungodly my car has full coverage my son should be taken care of no matter if he is on my insurance or not I am not happy not one bit and the horrible thing is even if your in an accident and it’s not your fault you have to go through your own isn’t wich I think is a bunch a B.S! So am I happy about my ins no I am not!
