  i never recieved my package yesterday i looked ALL around my yard and there was nothing and when i hear "proof of delivery"i want to see a picture not just a message saying its delivered and I called customer service all they did was jerk me around and and was not helpful at all no wonder their ratings are horrible cause I'm thingking the driver read the address wrong and sent my package to somebody else I would NOT reccomend ups to anybody else

  The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and dont treat any question like a stupid one. I'm new to shipping items and they help me every time with no issues or complaints

  Freaking insane had an Amazon return. The item was $5. Had to pay 5.30 for them to print the label. At that point I would have kept the darn thing. It was not mine though. 5.30 to print a piece of paper. They are making a killing on print. Heads up library is free. Or print at home. Do not print labels here.

  I’ve never had a good experience going to this store - ever. The high horses that these employees sit on are ridiculously tall.
