  If I could give zero stars I would insurance got cancelled and I called to figure it out the lady on the phone didn’t even try and help she didn’t care and port much said it’s not her problem than hang up the phone.

  Jodi is amazing. I was able to save a lot of money by switching to Allstate. She answers calls, e-mails fast. Very knowledgeable.

  Love my insurance company when I call they always have the answers so easy to work with and help me understand any questions that I asked I Recently had a mistake on my Tahoe I was supposed to have $100 deductible for the windshield and when I traded the vehicle off As part of the deal I was going to fix the windshield Jody and the crew saw where the error was and saw that I had always had the hundred dollar deductible on windshields and took care of everything that needed to be done they were so awesome to work with Jody always contacts me when it’s time for my yearly update on my insurance coverage for both my home and my vehicle they are just there for you and take absolutely wonderful care of you as a client I recommend them completely Jennie Koch
