My experience with this agency has been so - so. When we were first switching over from our previous company, they were quick to message/call us back with any questions. Since then, it's been difficult to get anyone to get back to us. I leave messages with the "front desk" (?) asking for them to call back, but I never received a call back. On 10/28/19 I called to ask a question and one of the agents actually answered the phone. After asking my question, he said that he would find the answer and get back to me. I still haven't received that answer as of today, 11/5/19. Another example - My rates went up a while back and I assumed it was for my small fender bender, but I didn't get any explination. Then, when the policy renewed, they went up again. I called to ask why, couldn't talk to an agent, but the lady who answered looked into it. Apparently my rates when up the first time due to my address. The problem with this is that when we first signed up, we were about to move. They had the street info from our new address mixed with the city of the old address. I had emailed the agent a few times explaining to him the problem and requested he fix it. Apparently he never did and so our rates went up because he didn't fix the address.
