They know my name, coming here is like going to cheers. I know with Box on that, they are cheerful, they answer the phone quickly and expertly these guys are truly my neighborhood UPS Store!

The only employee working there was clearly overwhelmed. They need to hire more staff and train them better. No one can notarize my file(the quit). She wasn't able to print my PDF password protected file eventho I walked her thru it. She didn't even try. She seems to also be on the verge of quitting herself. Overall unless u just wanna drop off your package. I'd rather avoid this location at all cost and go elsewhere.
