  I went there to get a sandwich at 9:30 at night and they were closed. The hours posted says they are open till 11 pm. When I knocked on the door the guy looked at ne then went straight into the back and never cane back out. I called the store to ask why they were closed and the guy said it was closed because there were no customers. When I said that the hours are posted till 11 o clock and not until there are no customers, he then told me it was because they ran out of bread. So not only was he rude, but then he lied to me. And the excuse of running out of bread is ridiculous, because it's a sandwich shop. That's the whole reason people go there. They should have plenty. Overall this was a very poor visit.

  Service was fine but I got what I believe to be old bread, since it was crunchy and crumbly. This is a first so someone might want to check food quality!

  Susan made me the BEST 5 meat Italian which is hard to do considering all the veggies I like on my sandwich. Alex is always super friendly and VERY helpful with my subclub stuff..ect. ect. Those two definitely deserve a raise. They make this subway worth going to. When they are working I always get the best vibes.
