  The only employee there was obviously having a bad day. I get it, we all have them, but it was an uncomfortable experience.

  Oh my Goooosh!!! I was craving something fulfilling and couldn't make a choice but Amber chose for me and I 💯% was not disappointed!! Very helpful and even engaged in convo. And was not messy with the prep work!! I feel this location is one of the best that I have came across in the treasure valley. Keep up the good work..oh and the spicy Italian 😚🤌

  I asked for my sandwich toasted, she didn’t toast it. I asked for the receipt, she threw it in the garbage. What an absolute grump of a worker.

  Feels like every subway is just a hit & miss. Too bad we cant have the schedule for when the good artists are working. 😮‍💨 the good artists make u want to come back but unfortunately the bad ones just ruin the entire experience & causes the restaurant to lose a customer. All the work & effort of the good ones just destroyed by 1 single visit & having an employee just half ass or completely get your order wrong yet THEYRE the ones offended when theyre the ones that messed up your order 🤦‍♂️ its called accountability.

  I cane into the store to pick up a DoorDash order which was supposed to be ready when I arrived, the person behind the counter was on her sell phone and didn’t look up, I asked if the order for my DoorDash wax ready. She was still looking at the her phone. The other make worker Stated they were really busy ! I just stood there. The lady finally said they were working on hud order. She prepared a duffel t order and 7 minutes later the other worker finally started making my DoorDash order. No one else was in the lobby. He proceeded yo be as slow as he could . Then will waiting 11 mini received the order. GET OFF YOUR PHONES! I won’t be back to pick up order! Didn’t even apologize for the wait land they could tell I was very annoyed!
