    If I could put 0 I would. The people working there (including the mumbling teenager) completely disregarded us standing in line and took people STANDING BEHIND US. The teenager looked at us went “uhhhhhhhh” and took the people behind us, DO NOT GO HERE!! They completely disregard you and are rude on top of it.

    The most unprofessional subway I have been to with the workers using so much profanity and making fun of people’s orders and not making orders correctly. Two workers at the time of 12:30pm on April 29th

    The store says that it opens at 9 am and today, April 27, we arrive at 9.10 and the person who was in front of us very rudely says that it is not open yet because they are not ready. the bad face is the bad attitude and the bad attitude he has when he receives us very rude very bad service.

    Scheduled to pick it up at 3:15 but I ended up picking at 3:19. I ordered it online for a pick up and I had a coupon for discount on the sandwich I picked. This sandwich I ordered was supposed to be Italian bread and toasted. I got home and try to eat it. When I opened, it did not look anything like I wanted. It was not toasted! It is damn cold too! When I walked in, it didn’t feel welcome. Before I place an order, I had a feeling that there’s a chance that they won’t take my order serious because I used coupon on it. Turns out my gut was right. My sandwich looks like is made by a lazy inconsiderate person.

    The employee with auburn hair, I didn’t catch her name, was extremely rude and coarse. Great food as always but treated every customer as an inconvenience. As an ex employee of subway I know it can suck, the days are long and the pay sucks but maybe people would be more inclined to tip if the customer service is just a bit nicer. I hope we can learn from this experience!
