  Employees were overwhelmed by my 6 sandwich order and in turn were extremely rude. I’ve been in front of house food service for 20 years and overwhelmed is not an excuse to be rude. They made us wait almost 45 min. complaining the entire time and then made the sandwiches without cheese and mine without lettuce. I reached out to the owner and he basically shrugged his shoulders and told me to give them a break cause they have a good track record and offered me one replacement sandwich. Totally unacceptable.
