  I came in for a white chocolate macadamian cookie and a large fountain drink and thats all I wanted so I was told to go to the front of the line so I did and the old lady that was there was completely disrespectful and never even rang me up for my drink I will never be coming here again

  This maybe the worst subway on the planet It is usually filthy behind the counter and in and around the dining area. I’ve been here probably six times and it is the most inconsistent subway / deli I’ve ever been too. Today, the bun after being toasted was hard as a rock! Instead of driving 3-5 minutes, I’ll drive another 10-12 minutes to the next nearest subway

  Wanted to give this location a shot after a long-standing loyalty to Jimmy John's and was met with a very disappointing experience. I stopped in around 12:10pm expecting a lunch rush, but despite a line-up of three employees, I waited over 20 minutes in line. Additionally, all staff seemed very scatterbrained and disorganized while simultaneously having no real sense of urgency to fulfill orders in a timely matter. The ingredients had a fairly unappetizing look, and I received a pretty meagre portion of vegetables for what they had available. Upon paying, the person taking my order decided to engage in a conversation with some folks behind me rather than finishing up the present transaction, and I took it upon myself to grab the sandwich off of the counter, declining a receipt, simply to get out of line as fast as possible without trying to be rude. The sandwich was very mediocre with dry, flavorless bread and a disappointing construction overall. Wouldn't recommend this location unless you want confirmation that Subway has indeed fallen off from what it used to be. Nearly $14 for a spicy Italian footlong is abysmal, especially compared to other sandwich shops in Boise with comparable prices and incomparable quality for their products.

  this guy David kicked me and my friends out waiting for our moms to send us money for food saying we were loitering. He then proceeded to cuss at us and yell offensive things at my friends . I really just wanted a sub this ruined my whole day. Never coming back again.

  Super disappointed with my salad. The past few weeks I've recently discovered subways salads! Delicious! Been addicted to the BLT and have ordered it several times... but today I completely wasted my money! In addition to the additional 4.00 extra i am ripped off by ordering on Uber eats instead of going into the store personally, today I received not a salad but a sandwich in a bowl. I am not a stupid woman, I understand the premise of these salads is they are based off popular subs which is why I love them!!! However if I wanted my "sandwich in a bowl" I would have ordered a sub minus the bread. The DIFFERENCE is in the past my salads have always been diced into smaller pieces so its actually edible. Instead today, I've recieved entire tomatoes cucumbers bacon ect... only thing cut up was the spinach and lettuce and im assuming that's only because it arrives that way... Had to eat most of it with my fingers! Yuck! Do BETTER SUBWAY! Because I know you can!!! This was such a disappointing, literal MESS to eat that I didn't even finish it. If the teens running the counter every day are not qualified to use cutting implements, please hire someone who is!!! Sincerely, Hungry customer 😕
