  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Birdie for the exceptional service she provided during a very busy rush. Even with a long line and so much going on, she remained genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming to everyone who walked through the door. What stood out most was how she made each customer feel valued, never rushed, despite the pressure she was under. You could tell she cared not only about the customers but also about supporting her team and keeping everything running smoothly. Her positive attitude and friendly smile made a hectic situation feel much more pleasant. Employees and managers like Birdie are the reason people return. Thank you, Birdie, for your hard work and for turning an ordinary lunch stop into such a positive experience. You truly deserve recognition for all that you do.
