  I tried four times to place the order online but the system wouldn’t process my card. Had to call the local store and ultimately email the print files to the store. This cost me an additional ~$70 in "manual" fees which is difficult for a small nonprofit to absorb. They did not staple one of the documents as requested requiring us to do so manually. I wound up paying the printing fee and the additional $70 with the same card that was rejected by the online system. So overall, rather expensive and disappointing.

  They are always friendly, helpful and very easy to work with! I will continue to utilize them for all our print needs!

  There was a problem with the large printer and one of the staff member couldn't solve it and said they would call someone else, but they kept me waiting for 20 minutes without any answer. I had to leave without being able to print anything.
