It's a typical printing place. My issue is that even though I was copying 8.5X11 their machine selected the largest size of paper so I had to cut them down.
Literally just left in tears because they were so rude… I miss the days where decent customer service and kind human interaction was normalized.
Awesome staff Raylon and Jack gave amazing customer service .Raylon needs a raise she is so good keep her promote her cherish her Fed Ex she is special rare in her generation. Thanks guys you made the painfully tolerable . Sending love and prayers . Remember Hod loves you and want a relationship. Call out to Him invite Him into your life .

I just dropped off a package. The person helping me had zero personality, and seemed miserable, but otherwise everything went as planned.

I’m outraged at my most recent experience. As a graphic designer over the years, I’ve always been able to count on using Kinko’s computers for Photoshop edits or last-minute layout changes. When I went in today, I had logged in and wasted $3 initially because I logged in under the wrong application format (without photoshop) So I log in Again and it requires you to choose the time in which you need for $.75 a minute. So I’m working as fast as I can but it doesn’t allow me to add more time to my computer session, logs me out and deletes everything I just did. $15 wasted. And not to mention my time. I can’t call it anything other than robbery. It’s the simplest program setting to allow for customers to add time to their session, and yet they steal our money, so dishonest.
obviously no one knows how fast they can or cannot make edits in their designs. How’s the jaw this setting.
