I needed 3 cardboard cutouts of my good friend who passed away for an event that we were putting together to honor him. I stressed how important this was to me and gave them his name and photos to use. When they got back to me, I was absolutely disgusted. Not only did they call me by HIS name, which I found incredibly offensive, they quoted me $570!! I had them made somewhere else for $400 cheaper. Very unprofessional in my opinion. It showed me that you couldn’t care less about your customers, I’m extremely disappointed with fed ex and I DON’T recommend.

Person working really didnt seem happy to be working. Shipping items out seemed to be annoying for this person. Loud sighs were great too.
