  Taylor was great! He got the glass screen protector off my phone even though it was really stuck. He also set my moms new phone up quickly. Would definitely go again!

  Thanks Ishmael for helping me get switched over to a Cricket plan! I had a hell of a time with Mint support trying to get my PIN and account number, but Ishmael's patience and kindness helped me feel a lot less stressed. Walked out with a new phone I'm loving so far. Thank you sir!

  Taylor did a great job getting me what I needed which was a new phone and plan. He was well informed and was able to answer every question I had. I will continue to go to this store even after I move further away, knowing how good the service is going to be there. Definitely a 10/10 I would recommend Taylor and his store.

  I am very impressed with the customer service I received at the Cricket store on Orchard St. Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Go talk to Kendall, Junior or Nathan.
