Thanks Ishmael for helping me get switched over to a Cricket plan! I had a hell of a time with Mint support trying to get my PIN and account number, but Ishmael's patience and kindness helped me feel a lot less stressed. Walked out with a new phone I'm loving so far. Thank you sir!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐— During a particularly trying financial period in my life, I had the privilege of meeting Travis at the store for an intricate account issue. To say Travis went above and beyond is an understatement. He didn’t just see me as another customer, but genuinely worked to alleviate my predicament with dedication, intelligence, and an attention to detail that is truly unparalleled. Where most would have taken a routine approach and simply just told me that there’s nothing we can do, Travis invested considerable effort, showcased exceptional problem-solving skills, and ensured that I left the store not just satisfied, but grateful. In a time where every dollar is pivotal, he championed my cause and achieved a resolution that was beyond commendable, helping me save money and ensuring my peace of mind. It's not just his technical and professional acumen, but his genuine care, empathy, and supportiveness that stands out. Travis isn't just an exceptional employee; he’s a remarkable individual who I am certain will excel incredibly in his career and life in general. I wholeheartedly recommend Travis for any up and coming higher up positions within the company — it’s evident that he’s destined for greatness, and Cricket is extremely fortunate to have him on their team.

Not helpful, rude, scamming clerks. Definitely a bad store.
