  Taylor was great! He got the glass screen protector off my phone even though it was really stuck. He also set my moms new phone up quickly. Would definitely go again!

  Thanks Ishmael for helping me get switched over to a Cricket plan! I had a hell of a time with Mint support trying to get my PIN and account number, but Ishmael's patience and kindness helped me feel a lot less stressed. Walked out with a new phone I'm loving so far. Thank you sir!

  Taylor is one of those rare individuals that you get to meet in your life if you're lucky. This man is incredible at his job and how he is as a person. I have several things wrong with myself and Taylor has looked out for me and my phone for over 10 years. He is very kind and not judgmental. He goes above and beyond like you could never imagine .Hes just an amazing employee, and an exceptional human being. He goes way beyond in helping you. Unpresidented. He can fix anything.. any problem Or request. And does so willingly, kind..... Never grumbling. Always calm with everything and everybody. I (obviously could write a book), on his excellent service. I am serious - it is a pleasure going to store. I never freak on the problems I bring to him! He doesn't judge anyone. I have the utmost respect and confidence in Taylor. I seriously cannot imagine life without people like Taylor. You would be absolutely crazy to not go see him!!! Thank you, Cricket, for hiring Taylor. He is committed and professional.... And BTW: could you plz give Taylor a raise!??? He deserves it!!!! At orchard street. Boise id. I came back to edit to push the ❤️!!!
