  Sad start. No elevators, which is hard for elders with a lot of things we can't leave in the car. Didn't use breakfast because the room smelled like bacon that was a couple days out of date. The hall/atrium was muggy in the morning, even though it was nicely cool outside; and again, muggy wasn't fun with having to haul things back down the stairs. Looking for a different place for the return trip. Oh, and no microwave in room. Had to go downstairs to heat soup in the breakfast room and slosh back up and to the other end of the building.

  The toilet had pee splatter on the seat.....very noticeable. The tub had 2 black hairs....very noticeable. Then they switched us rooms....and the bed had pee stains on the sheets......never again, ever

  Would she given this place and star experience but every other hotel I've been to has had at least a microwave in the room for convenience. But this place has lost my interest in the slightest. Put microwaves In every room and the house keepers do not clean well here so be careful. Cleanliness 👎

  Edit: From reading recent reviews, the owners and corporate need to look into management of this property. This is disgusting! During my recent stay, I was awaken from a dead sleep along with all the other guests to the Fire Alarm going off. After I left my room and went outside, it was obvious something was wrong. I walked to the Front Desk but the employee was not there and no where to be seen. I called 9-1-1 after waiting 15 minutes and seeing no employee and the fire department was not on scene. There is no way the Fire Department takes that long to show up. The negligence and disregard for the guests of the hotel by the staff was very disrespectful and outrageous. The staff did not even care when I brought this up the following day, at check out, or in the feedback form via medalia. This property has no Emergency Response Procedures or Protocols which is negligible in and of itself, unless the staff member was negligent during this event. Either way, this is very disgusting…
