  This location (Ammon, Idaho) was once really good, but the past 3-6 months have been horrible. Now the staff are talking amongst each other about non-business related topics (last time it was college sports), looking at their phones, laughing, being unprofessional and not focusing on their job. They ALWAYS get my order wrong (wrong bread almost always, wrong toppings most sometimes, wrong meats sometimes, etc.). The only positives they have going are they are never busy when I go there, the parking lot is always empty and the business is always clean.

  Horrible staff, I can tell theres no training being done for customer service. Walked in with my son two guys behind the counter just talking amongst each other no greeting or acknowlement of us being in tge restaurant had to start the convo in telling them what we wanted to order. While making food they were distracted and kept having me repeat our order and didnt even know what was on the sandwich I ordered asked me 3 times what I wanted when I repeated the same thing I just want what all comes on that sandwich. Every subway ive ever been too from rexburg to Pocatello sucks with customer service. Last time I went to any subway was 2 years ago and after this it'll be much longer if ever. Train your ppl and maybe youll get customer retention.

  The Subway sandwich store on East 17th Street is terrible the bread is old everything is terrible it's the second time this has happened to us we will never go back and suggest nobody else does

  Ordered for my family got 6 subs brought it home. When I tell you I could beat the brains out of someone using said subs like a club. The crusty brick like texture makes me impressed by the knives subway purchases to be able to almost cut through the sub. The brute force I used to then rip the rest of the sandwich apart created a crouton like sandstorm across my lap. Then I call to see if maybe I can't get a refund or fresher order, I was greeted on the phone by either cheech or chong whose intelligence level was (uhhhhhhhhhhh if you bring it back I can toast it for you) 👀😵 then proceeded with uhhhhh I have to go help now bye.
