Stopped in around 10pm on 4/18/26. Placed my order through the app as I finished paying for my groceries and walked into the store at the same time as the beeper/printer alarm went off to alert staff they had an order. Guy comes out from the back, prints out the order, mumbles something incoherent to me while showing me the ticket he printed, then disappears into the back area again. No problem... Maybe he has to get some topping or something to get started on the order? Nope. After a bit of waiting, I approach the counter and see him standing back there eating something. He sees me and said (I think) "two minutes" while holding up two fingers at me. Uhhhhh what?!? He then comes back out of the back area with absolutely zero sense of urgency, and proceeds to make the saddest looking sandwich I've had yet.
While I will give him credit for including all the ingredients I requested, he didn't follow the quantities at all. For example, I asked for extra green peppers and extra black olives. I got both, but he barely put any on the sandwich. God help me if I had asked for a "normal" amount of those. What would that be? I'm no stranger to subway sandwiches, and I know to some extent it may be subjective when determining what is considered "extra" but holy smokes. If I'm paying $13 for a sandwich it better be worth it.
This sandwich was NOT worth it. Not from this location.
Customer service was awful. The employee either could not communicate in English, or refused to do so.Infukly support people of all backgrounds earning an income, but for a job like this I expect the employee to both be able to converse in English, and be able to read English.
This was my second time coming to this location in the past few months and I don't plan to go back a third time. The last time I was in, I ordered a couple of the protein pockets or wraps (can't remember what they're called) and the same guy was working that day too. He failed to make those correctly as well.
I can only guess what's going on at this location, but based on my observations, I suspect this guy works there as a favor to whomever is the owner of the location, and he's under qualified for the job.
I don't like writing negative reviews, but when the experience is as bad as this... People have a right to be warned.
I strongly recommend you go to a different location. Don't make the same mistake I did.
