  Ive been giving the benefit of the doubt for a long time now but that day is today the last straw!. I am sick and tired every time I go get my order from online it is 99% NOT ready to go and thats even going 5 mins after when its suppose to be done! There be times when Im in the parking lot and I order online and the excuse be "We were swamped with people." Um ok. The one time yes! But the rest no! Im just tired of it every time and I believe Ive decided to never go back again. That heavy set lady that has dirty blonde hair also just giving nasty looks is like What the heck lady?! Your the one suppose to apologize for not making it on time NOT me for ordering and help your coworker too and not just stand there!!! For those ordering online, save yourself some time and go somewhere else because your going to end up waiting another 20 mins when you get there half the time.

  Got an order for delivery, waited over two hours, asked if they could remake the order because it was soggy and they refused. I can’t leave work to go get food, if dashers don’t get the order quickly and it affects food quality, maybe don’t make the food until the dasher gets there? Or remake the hot food I ordered that is now cold please?
