  They refused to make a shipping label for me under emergency circumstances for a very important agricultural plant diagnosis that needed to be sent overnight to a lab in North Carolina. The girl working there said “our rule is we don’t make shipping labels 5 minutes before we close.” She didn’t even try. Sad that people are so ignorant that they won’t even try to accommodate a customer’s needs. I’ll be going to a different UPS store for future shipments, I’ll also be encouraging my 200,000+ followers on social to do the same. Bad businesses need to go out of business

  I showed up on a Sunday at 10:30, which is a time that both the sign on their door and google says they are open. No one was there, the place was dark and locked. Waste of my time. I will not go to this location again.

  The gentleman with the beard and long hair was friendly and very helpful, he helped me fit my package into the right box, he cut the box down to size. Great Customer Service.
