  The new supervisor for this place needs better training. I’ve had issues with her the last 2 times I’ve went and it seems she’s just started. First time she doesn’t understand what 50% more meat means and was rude about it. 2nd time i had spinach on my sandwich and she put lettuce on it instead and when we tried to go have her remake it she said we had to pay for it even though it was her mistake. I usually enjoy coming to this location but not with this new supervisor.

  I am done with this place! Been a customer for over 3 years. Today? Typical of many past and now the last 3 visits. Asked if I could sub turkey for Chicken & Bacon Ranch. NO. Could I do wrap (tortilla). Yes. Checkout price jumped from $9.xx to $14.xx is crap especially since wife could not chew half of the "hard" tortilla. My Spicy Nacho Chicken was made per menu description BUT I asked about the SubKrunch and response was we don't do that AND that major part of sandwich description NOT provided but still full price for that sub! $25.xx for 2 sub 6" sandwich ZERO extras, no drink, no chips, no cookies,... no extras is crazy high price for two people basics only. Jimmy Johns nearby here we come; never this Subway location again; I will drive the extra mile and half east to the HyVee parking lot area. A bunch of other choices, as well, one-stop.
