  I typically order a large sandwich with lots of ingredients and i’ve always had a problem with sauce ratio (Being too dry). This location gets it right.

  I came to order dinner at 9:46 after a long day of work (closing time 10 p.m. according to their posted hours) just to be told by staff they start closing at 9:45. I watched them put maybe TWO containers away as I was walking up. They told me “we’ve already put everything away.” Thanks Subway on Grand for exemplifying the work ethic of so many people in our society.

  Bad customer service. Employee have bad attitude and manager will argue with you over stupid things.
