  I went in to get subs for my family and I got greeted disrespectfully by one of the workers. He complained first when I came in about me coming in and him wanting to go home then told me to wait 10 minutes for him to make other subs which I get, but he told me to wait in a rude manner. Then, when I start ordering subs, he kept on saying when I said, I only wanted three subs, then continued to complain about how his life was miserable and he hated work and when I asked for extra sauce he told me no because he did not want to get out another sauce container and made me tell him my ingredients in a certain way so he could get it done faster which I get wanting to make subs faster but I would rather wait a long time for my subs we made meant to be treated disrespectfully. He then continue to complain about him working then when a couple comes in with their child, he is very rude to them and is saying about this couple coming in and getting subs then told a girl know that she could not order there he said do you guys really need to order here? We close in 45 minutes and I wanna go home a couple stayed and got their subs, but he was so rude to them. Also, when I was checking out, he was body shaming me for forgetting three cookies for myself and two other of my family members who all wanted cookies he asked do you really need all of those cookies and I said yes because half of them are not for me and he judged me and I feel very disrespected by that as well.I couldn’t see his full name but he’s working tonight now and it’s just so disrespectful. I work in customer service and this is not acceptable at all, especially when I was just coming in to get some subs in an hour before they close. All I seen was Mic on his name tag. I’m not trying to get the kid fired, but he definitely needs to be retrained on how to deal with customers I’d rather very much go to the Prairie one because they are way nicer. Just please have a talk with him about being nicer to customers. I don’t like to complain, but at least no choice when he was rude to four other people, including myself thank you and have a great day.

  Everytime Logan makes my family's order the sandwich/ protein bowl is spot on. He's good at remembering orders and is always kind and friendly. He has patience when he is orientating staff and is fast/efficient with his work! Always look forward to seeing him working! He deserves all the good bonuses!
