  I got the Baja protein punch it was ok just a little bit more spicy than I like.

  Tried to order a sandwich on the app, app crashed even though the money came out of my bank account, and the order didn’t go through. Now I’m down six dollars and I don’t get a sandwich. Was not offered a refund OR the sandwich I paid for.

  Took my money at 715ish tonight, show up they "never got the order" did nothing to help, they canceled it on their end. Said I should get a refund in 2 weeks... no explanation. Both their website and the app say it was picked up but they say it was canceled.... dont trust them... they could have made it right. $24 (2 meat ball 6in meals of the day and a coupon for the 6.99 any sub in chicken teriyaki)... we frequent them but doesnt matter... they didnt even offer any help. Dont order in advance. They will just lie and steal and leave your family having to cook last min on a school night.... Cedar Falls would never do me this way. A good business would never do me this way, as a small business owner I would have made it right... but nah... they didnt care. Just like they dont care when they dont let their bread rise or they cook their meatballs to burned. Good luck.

  Clean, employees were great, made my order to the T, sub tasted great compared to a lot of other Subways. Also some cool employees like Will! Would highly recommend.
