  Horrible experience. Got a door tag over the 4th of July holiday saying they missed us to sign for a package. No name on the door tag, no sender info and no info for who the package was for. I had to make an account to sign in to schedule pick up for the package at this place since we will be gone for future deliveries. I got a message today the package was ready for pick up. Took an hour of vacation to get there before they close to get the package. When I got there is when I found out the package is for my 17 yo step son. We have the same address but his last name is different than mine. The lady working there would not give me my step son's package and said only someone with his last name and at least 18 could pick up the package. My driver's license has the address right on it for this package. Then she tells me he can't even receive packages that need a signature because he's only 17. Seriously.... Ridiculous.

  Sonja was so kind and helpful with my shipment. She directed me to the correct box for my laptop and ensured everything was correct every step of the shipping process. Very thorough and sweet!

  BRO LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Had a rough day but the ladies working are so fricking awesome and made my whole day, one of the best FedEx office ever!!! Very quick and friendly, kudos to these awesome ppl
