Agent was very helpful in comparing auto and homeowner insurance with existing coverage and other quotes.

Customer service practically nonexistent. Rarely does anyone answer the phone at this office. No one informed me in any way (such as a notice, or courtesy phone call) of a recent $150+ premium increase to my homeowner's insurance. I was lucky to discover it on my own by accident speaking with my morrgage company. As I am on a fixed income, I then requested a larger deductible on my homeowner's insurance so it could remain affordable especially given the recent steep increases in property taxes. This office started out well for me but has steadily gone downhill.

Tony said he would be doing me a disservice if he didn't switch me from Safeco to Allstate. I've had nothing but issues ever since. Matt & Tony are both avoiding my calls, texts & emails. If you want headaches, this is the place to go to.
