  We stopped here for a meal while on a roadtrip. The food was standard quality, and it was prepared quickly. The dining area was relatively clean as well. We stepped in and got in line to order. One of the workers was very rude to us while we were ordering, his acted annoyed and like our presence was an inconvenience. He hurried us through the line without any care or consideration despite there being no line behind us. The interaction was jarring, rude and curt— especially since we had just walked in and he was the first person we interacted with. We sat down to eat, and when the next people came in, the same guy provided wonderful customer service to them. We noticed the disparity in treatment and it was very disappointing and hurtful. Definitely reflects poorly on this specific worker’s professionalism and customer service skills. The two other employees working during the time that we were there were perfectly pleasant and professional. But we probably won’t ever stop by again because of this.

  The lady working at noon today with the tattoos was so unnecessarily rude to me. She seemed annoyed with my presence. Didnt even say hi and was confrontational. Thought maybe she was just having a bad day but then she was so nice to the old man that came in after me. Calling him hunny and being friendly. It was odd and I feel it was racial.

  Came here on a Sunday morning and had amazing service with lots of smiles - highly recommend this Subway!
