  We were having issues with our phones from Cricket. We went over to Spencer's store and bought brand new Cricket Outlast phones. When we got home they still weren't working. We called customer service at least 15 times and went to store about 10 times. Each time they were unsuccessful in getting our phones working. My son has a Samsung phone on same plan and his phone works fine. So we asked them if we could just swap our cricket phones for Samsungs. They were willing to do this but we had to pay for activation, taxes and other fees, but we already paid that on the OutLast phones from cricket we had purchased. We haven't had any internet access on our phones since Oct 3rd and they said they would credit our account. I called back to make sure they were going to credit us and now they say they are not even going to do that. I've been with cricket for 13 years and this is how they treat their loyal customers. Thanks a lot cricket!

  I was having a less than ideal day the other day. When i pulled my super slow phone out of my pocket, i had enough with it and i went to the Cricket store. I was probably less than an ideal customer, however LeAnn was working. She not only explained to me why my phone was slowing down, but also ways to prevent it from happening again. Needless to say, I left the store with a faster phone, and a better mood. Thank you for your patience with me!

  I am very dissatisfied with this company and their methods. They should not forget that this is a small community and word gets around.
