  Leaving a review today was a must! This was my first time visiting this business. I had 3 separate items to send. A young man by the name of Julian greeted me immediately even though he was in the middle of something else when I walked in. He took my packages, one by one, and answered a couple of questions I had... all with a smile on his face. This stood out to me because he appeared so young yet professional and friendly. Sadly, I rarely see this type of customer service anymore. Because of him, I left with a smile too. Thanks, Julian! Wishing all good things to come your way and a very successful future ahead!

  I come into the UPS store ALWAYS. I had Julian who is a hard worker, polite, helpful and very kind. He knows everything about the job at only 14. Everyone in this store is extremely friendly and helpfully. I’m always greeted with respect and a smile when I come in. I enjoy coming to this great store. Thank you Julian and EVERYONE for being who you are. JLS
