  Horrible customer service. Called about packaging and shipping my sons desktop computer. After I got there the told me they weren't allowed to package it and they would not insure it. Told clerk I would not ship a $2000 item with no coverage and would just take to FedEx. As a I was putting computer back in carrying case clerk kept engaging me in conversation to argue. I had no interest in arguing as I already knew Fedex would meet my needs was just trying to avoid driving across town. Just know that calling ahead means nothing and that they have subpar customer service.

  Yesterday I had a return to Amazon but I didn't have the package it came in...I only had the product itself, nothing else. I had no idea what to do, as far as packaging it and labeling it to return it. The gal at the UPS store was very helpful...she printed the return label and packaged it for me. It was a very easy and seamless process. I'm very happy with the service.

  Asked for economy shipping rate for a 1 lb. package to go to Australia and was told $383.00. My wife was so upset that she almost the threw the baby gift away. I checked with the USPS for the same and ended up paying just $27.00 and that included the shipping envelope!!!
